You also declare that you are lawfully authorised to make reservations and purchases either for yourself or for another person for whom you are authorised to act. If you do not meet the above conditions, do not use the Website.<\/span><\/p>

NOTOS CATERING AND ENTERTAINMENT LLC reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time, without notifying you, and to bring such amendments into force immediately upon their publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly in order to be informed of any changes.<\/span><\/p>

Reservation \/ Cancellation Terms<\/span><\/h4>

We apply the following policies for all reservations, which you expressly declare you accept before making a table reservation.<\/span><\/p>

Reservation Policy<\/em><\/span><\/h5>

Table reservations are carried out exclusively through the third\u2011party reservation provider [i-host] and are subject to the specific terms set by that provider.<\/span><\/p>

In the event that a deposit is required directly by us for the reservation, it will be charged to your credit card or must be paid by bank transfer within 24 hours. If receipt of the deposit is not confirmed within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the pre\u2011reservation. The amount of the deposit will be deducted from your total bill. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if, for any reason, the 24\u2011hour deadline expires without action or, in any case, if it is not possible to pre\u2011reserve the table for reasons not attributable to us.<\/span><\/p>

You may retain the table for 2 hours and 30 minutes from the time of the confirmed reservation.<\/span><\/p>

Cancellation Policy<\/em><\/span><\/h5>

In the event of cancellation of the reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time, and for any reason, any deposit paid will not be refunded.<\/span><\/p>

The restaurant has the right to allocate your table if you are more than 20 minutes late from the time of the confirmed reservation. In such a case, any deposit paid will not be refunded.<\/span><\/p>

We reserve the right to amend all of the above according to our needs, without prior notice to you.<\/span><\/p>

Intellectual Property<\/span><\/h4>

All content of the Website, including \u2013 indicatively and not limited to \u2013 texts, news information material, graphics, logos, action buttons, images, photographs, audio and visual clips, software, diagrams, pictures, trademarks, trade secrets, technologies, processes and generally all kinds of files, constitutes the intellectual property of NOTOS CATERING AND ENTERTAINMENT LLC and is governed by the relevant provisions of Greek, European and international intellectual property law.<\/span><\/p>

We inform you that these are already registered trademarks and are protected by the relevant trademark provisions. You are not permitted to use our marks and logos in connection with any product or service and in any manner that may cause confusion to the public.<\/span><\/p>
